In order to benefit from these special conditions you have to indicate that you are a member of ICCE 2013 congress or introduce the “corporate code” when you book your accommodation.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
- Accommodation arrangement and payment will be under the responsibility of the participant and will be dealt directly with the hotel, according to each single hotel's terms and conditions.
- Accommodation fees are not included in the ICCE registration.
- The ICCE2013 Organizing Committee will not be involved or responsible for accommodation arrangements or cancellation penalties.
